If you already
have a fixed wing PPL and plan to 'go foreign' we offer supervised
training trips to local airfields in France where you can enjoy
a good lunch and gain valuable experience before setting off across
the Channel on your first solo trip.
Trial Lessons
Why not take a trial flight with one of our qualified instructors who will explain the Private Pilots Licence Course, show you the aircraft, answer your questions, and take you flying.
We use our dual control Piper Archer 4-seat aircraft, where you can take control of the aircraft. During the trial lesson, you can fly around the Island or take a brief trip across to France.
The cost of the trial lesson includes aircraft hire, instructor's fees, temporary membership of the the Alderney Flying Club (one person), and all landing fees in Alderney. Why not bring a friend along with you - only £5 extra.
