Order No. RR 2 - Bookings And Hire Of Aircraft
Bookings
Please note that bookings are taken on first come first served
basis. The only exception to this is for GFT, NFT and Solo Qualifying
Cross-Country flights. These flights take priority and it is therefore
possible that other bookings may have to be cancelled if one of
these flights needs to be completed.
Student
Cancellations
Unless there are reasons beyond the control of the student, a
cancellation fee will be charged if the training slot is not cancelled
by at least one full day before the expected flight.
PPL Cancellations
Unless there are reasons beyond the control of the PPL, a cancellation
fee will be charged if the training slot is not cancelled by at
least two full days before the expected flight.
Minimum
Hire Of Aircraft
Please note that the following minimum hour requirements apply
to the hire of all AFT Ltd aircraft.

These minimum hour requirements may be waived, at the discretion
of AFT Ltd, if the aircraft is not required for training purposes.
Important
Note:
Since the original publication of the Pilots' Order Book (from
which this is an extract), the GFT & NFT have been replaced by
what is now know as a 'Skill Test'. References made throughout
the Pilots' Order Book to GFT & NFT should therefore be deemed
to apply to 'Skill Test'.
