Alderney Flying Club

The Alderney Flying Club was set up to promote flying on the Island. Its members included residents and regular visitors to the Island.

In addition to the annual Alderney Air Races, the Alderney Flying Club welcomes many private aviators to the Island, each year. These visits are very popular with pilots and their passengers who enjoy barbeques, fun, games, and a drink or two with club members.

Alderney Flying Club members are able to rent this locally based aircraft (G-BXRG) for flying training, or trips to the other Channel Islands, France and the UK. The aircraft is fully airways equipped with GPS, and life raft.

Annual membership of the Alderney Flying Club costs just £20 plus a once only joining fee of £20.
